Orders

How can I pay for my order?

We're flexible and can accept payments in multiple currencies via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip Pay (AUD only) and Laybuy (AU & NZ only).

I've just paid for my order, what happens next?

Check your inbox! You'll receive an email confirming your order is complete and a second email when the carrier's picked it up from our warehouse with your tracking information. All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Can I edit/cancel my order after I place it?

Sadly no! Once your order has been placed and imported into our system we have no ability to edit it or make any changes for you. Our dispatch team is conscious of processing orders as quickly as possible. As a result we are unable to cancel it before shipping. Please take your time whilst processing your order. If you do require assistance with an error made with your order please contact hello@huddoco.com.

When will I receive my subscription discount code?

First time subscribers will receive their Welcome email 30 minutes after signing up. We thank you for your patience and cannot wait to share with you the latest drops, offers and insider updates. By 'adding to cart', does this reserve the item? Adding an item to your online shopping cart does not reserve the item. If you do not wish to miss out please proceed with payment to secure your goodies.

Returns

What is the return policy?

We are certain that you will love your HuddoCo products, but if you need to return them for some reason we'll exchange or refund your purchase so long as it's returned to us within 30 days of ordering and still in its original unused condition (with any tags, dust bag etc).

For change of mind returns, you'll just need to cover the shipping charges.

If your item arrived with an issue or was incorrect (eeek - so sorry!), we will cover the cost of the shipping label. Please see thereturns pagefor how to return goods to us. 

My item is faulty what do I do?

Here at HuddoCo we have rigorous quality processes that are completed on each order prior to shipping. If something has slipped through the cracks, we are so sorry! Please email hello@huddoco.com with your order details and an image of the fault and your order number we'll take care of it for you right away.

How much is shipping?

When will my order arrive?

In Metro areas please allow up to 1-3 Business Days for your express parcel to arrive. Rural areas can take longer.

Does HuddoCo ship to PO boxes?

Yes, we send all parcels via Australia Post Express. You are able to enter a PO Box at checkout.

Do you ship world wide?

We ship all over the world excluding the below countries.

Will I need to be home to accept delivery?

Our orders are shipped 'signature required' to ensure safe delivery of your item so yes! You will need to be home to accept delivery. However, it's easy to change this setting, just use your tracking number to log into the chosen carrier and follow the prompts."

Can I track my order?

Of course... you'll receive an email after your order's picked up from our warehouse with all your tracking info.

Sales, Promotions & Final Sales

What does 'Final Sale' mean?

We do not offer exchanges, store credits or refunds on FINAL SALE merchandise unless the product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for purpose or is different from its description as required by Australian Consumer Law.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged in any way, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable time period from the date of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. If you believe you have received a faulty item please contact us immediately at hello@huddoco.com.

I missed out on shopping during your sale, can you extend the sale for me?

Unfortunately we are unable to extend our sale offer beyond the specified start and finish times as advertised.

Pre Orders

What is a pre-order?

Pre-ordering an item secures your item on the spot. When stock is received to our Perth warehouse, orders will be dispatched to customers who have placed a pre-order before it is made available to the general public.

When will my pre-order be sent?

Items marked with Pre-Order will be dispatched from our Perth Warehouse once the items become available. Please refer to the individual product details for more information.

Can I return my pre-order item?

Yes. Our normal returns policy will apply to pre-ordered items.
