Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our “Name Her, Win Her” competition! Before you enter, please take a moment to read these simple terms and conditions.

  1. Promoter - This competition is run by HuddoCo Pty Ltd, based in Perth, Western Australia.
  2. Who Can Enter - Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 and over.Competition Dates
  3. Entries open on 21 October 2025 and close at 11:59 PM AEST on 27 October 2025. Any entries received after this time will not be considered. The winner will be announced on 31 October 2025.
  4. How to Enter - Submit your entry via the online form linked on this page or in our Instagram bio.
  5. The Prize - One (1) winner will receive a HuddoCo Crossbody Bag in the fabric of their choice, valued between $179-$219 AUD, delivered once production is complete and stock arrives in Australia.
    The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  6. Choosing a Winner - HuddoCo will review all eligible entries and shortlist entries based on creativity, originality and brand fit. Shortlisted entries will be voted on by HuddoCo followers on Instagram. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. Winner Announcement - The winner will be announced on HuddoCo’s Instagram account (@huddo_co) and contacted directly via Instagram direct message or email within 7 days of the competition closing.
  8. Prize Delivery - The prize will be shipped to the winner once our new crossbody bags arrive in Australia.
    Estimated dispatch: 19th November 2025.
  9. Intellectual Property - By entering, participants grant HuddoCo permission to use their submitted name suggestion, without compensation, for product naming, marketing and promotional purposes. HuddoCo may make reasonable edits or variations to the chosen name if required for design, trademark or marketing purposes.
  10. Privacy - Personal information (name, email and entry details) will be collected solely for the purpose of running this competition and future HuddoCo marketing communications, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  11. General - HuddoCo reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms at any time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
    Participation in this competition indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
